Question: What is the average lead time for a custom table?

Answer: Our average lead time is 4-6 weeks from time of deposit but that will vary depending on the size of the job and our current work flow.

Question: How much does a table cost?

Answer: The pricing of our custom built pieces range quite a bit depending on the materials, size and complexity of the project. Most of our dining tables are between $4000-$10,000 CAD (approximately $2900-$7100 USD).

Question: How long does it take to get a quote?

Answer: We respond to all quote forms within 1-2 business days. Sometimes our response will end up in your junk or spam folder so please check there as well if you haven't received a quote yet.

Question: How do I clean my table?

Answer: We do not recommend any heavy cleaners or oil cleaners for our tables. We suggest simply using warm water and a light dish soap to clean our tables.

Question: How do I maintain my table?

Answer: We recommend using Rubio Monocoat Universal Maintenance Oil to keep your table protected and looking new. This step is not necessary but if your table gets a lot of wear and tear over the years, this is a great way to get your table looking like new. You can purchase Rubio Monocoat Universal Maintenance Oil HERE.

Question: Can I visit your shop?

Answer: Yes! We encourage customers to come by the shop to pick out finishes and woods for their custom built piece. We also have a retail space for people to purchase materials to build their own pieces. We have wood, epoxy, wood finish and more.
